Jellybean

Privacy

Your resume, evidence, jobs, and application records belong in your private workspace.

Jellybean limits workspace access by account. Analyzing a job does not send your candidate data to its employer.

Optisume Job Clipper

When you open the extension on a job page, it reads the visible job title, employer, location, description, and listing details for your review. It sends the job details you choose to save to your Jellybean workspace. The extension stores your paired connection in Chrome extension storage; the job page cannot read it.

If you choose Prepare application fields, the extension inspects visible form fields and sends their descriptors to Jellybean to request a fill plan. It uses approved career information to fill supported fields on the employer page. It leaves account credentials, sensitive questions, resume uploads, and Submit to you. The employer website may process information entered into its form under its own privacy practices, including before final submission.

Job Clipper uses this access to save jobs and prepare fields only when you invoke those actions. Uninstalling the extension removes its local storage; saved workspace data remains in your account. You can review your workspace data and account controls after signing in.
